The value in litigation is in its effective and swift enforcement, but this is often easier said than achieved. Certain jurisdictions are famously more notorious than others when it comes to ease of enforcement. Is it just a matter of perception, or is there more to their notoriety? What are some of the peculiar requirements that one must be aware of in relation to enforcement in certain jurisdictions?
